There are several ways to refer to The Mind Firm:

 

Zorgdomein: You send the referral via the referral application.

Zorgmail: You send the referral via Zorgmail to: themindfirm@zorgmail.nl.

Online: Registration: via our online registration form.

Email: You can scan the referral and send it by email to: themindfirm@zorgmail.nl.

Directly to Client: You can give the referral letter to the client, who will then hand it to us personally.
